Support Programs
TLC Customer support offers two world-class support programs, Gold and Platinum designed to best address the needs of our enterprise and government customers:
- 8x5 Gold Support : Includes web, email and telephone support by our trained technical support engineers eight hours per day, five days per week (Monday-Friday), excluding TLC holidays.
- 24x7 Platinum Support : Includes web, email and phone support by our trained technical support engineers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for Production-down issues. This option is designed specifically to meet the needs of mission-critical deployments.
